$DIP is a memecoin: `Did you buy the dip anon?` $DIP can also be used to upgrade the BasedDipDivers NFT.

There`s a total of 10,000,000 DIP tokens. The inital liquidity added to uniswap was only about $500. The LP tokens were burned to 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dead. Mint authority and ownership have been revoked. All BasedDipDivers NFT holders have gotten an airdrop of 1000 $DIPs per NFT.

Yes! BasedDipDivers can be upgraded with new special traits.

Get some $DIPs (0x3751b4Bdb153Ad4fD6a576a40c5CABfc59192d02) on Uniswap. Then head over to the DiveBase, select the BasedDipDiver you want to upgrade. Choose your new equipment and hit update. The fee for changing a BasedDipDiver with free traits is 1000 $DIP.

For the website to update to the new image it might take some time. Be patient and don`t update the NFT twice. On OpenSea you can hit the `refresh metadata` button. If it`s still not updating contact us on Telegram or X.

90% of the $DIPs used to upgrade a BasedDipDivers NFT is burned (so the token is acutally deflationary). 10% will be sent to the deployer address (us). Those 10% will be used for givebacks and marketing.

We don`t have a `clear` roadmap. We have some ideas like letting the community design new traits for prizes etc., those traits could be used to equip the BasedDipDivers. But we`d love to build anything possible together with the community. So if you have ideas let us know on Telegram or X.
